Hope Fm Studio, Bournemouth
This week a new local band by the name of Ironic Encounter graced the Hope FM studio, a four piece which features the brothers Jordan and Damien Ayriss who both featured in alternative rock band “Sepia Daze”, and the infamous “Traffic Cone Wizard”. This time they have ditched the loud electric guitars is favour of a more refined acoustic approach. The band has a host of new original material from which to draw and already have arranged to record an EP in a studio at the beginning of June.
The band perform 4 great songs and swap instruments around for each one giving a nice varied set. Jordan sings was a passion and puts everything he has into each song providing great depth from his impressive vocals. At this early stage the band have only played a couple if live gigs so far, by this showing they are certainly on to something. Their exclusive performances can be found on the videos below, if you like what you see go to their Facebook page for information on live shows and releases.
