Those nice lads from Xander & the Keys have just released a brand new single called “People That I Know”. This is a follow-up to their debut EP “The First Marker” which was released in 2013. The new single will be available as a physical cd with a bonus track called “Cigarette Blues” and can be bought from the band in person at one of their many live gigs.
The single shows a new, fresh twin-layered guitar sound with a live feel to it and some neat progression from their earlier material. The ever present rock steady rhythm section of James on bass and the hard hitting Marko on drums create a solid backbone to the song. The single has a much Rockier feel to it with a fine addition of some Blues. This new direction is making things look really good for the future and with fingers crossed the release of their debut album.
