A very talented singer/songwriter Amie Knight from Bournemouth; who started singing at the tender age of just six years old, has just released her debut single “Two Guys”. The track entered the top ten of the iTunes chart within the first week of its release. The tune was written by Amie and the lyrics present a storyline where a girl has fallen in love with a boy, with the catch being ‘he is so confusing and misleading with the girl’ feeling like she is dating two different guys. The single was recorded and produced by the Bournemouth-based “Harrison Perks”.

Amie was the Winner of “Voice of Ferndown” in 2016 and has appeared on the “Smith and Rogers Country Show” on Sky TV. At just 19 years of age she is a regular performer across the live music circuit, building up vital experience for her career ahead. The single’s sound is influenced by the rapidly growing new “Country” style. It combines electric and acoustic guitars with the addition of some nicely executed slide. Amie delivers the vocals in a very mature style and with the confidence of someone much older. An artist that is surely already well on the way to making herself a future star and putting Bournemouth on the musical map. A really well shot and produced performance video for the track can be seen below.
