A new and exciting one-day folk festival is happening this month at Upton Country Park. The Folkish Festival is being hosted by students from the BA (Hons) Creative Events Management Course at Arts University Bournemouth as part of their final major project and takes place on Sunday 24th April between 12pm ñ 9pm.
The event features big name folk acts such as Rusty Shackle, Tankus the Henge, CC Smugglers and Threepenny Bit as well as local acts Harpin Oní from Poole and Chiani Ribeiro from Swanage.
As well as the music, there will be quality food, sunshine*, a real ale and cider bar, crafts and more. * – Subject to availability.
Advance tickets are £20 Adults, Under 16s £10 and Under 5s are free but require a ticket.

Free car parking is available on the day.
