The Enemy

Including an intimate date at The Old Fire Station in Bournemouth

One of Britain’s best loved home grown indie talents, The Enemy are heading back out on the road this February and March, much to the delight of fans nationwide.Formed in Coventry in 2006 by three friends; Andy Hopkins (25, bass), Liam Watts (24, drums) and Tom Clarke (24, vocals/guitar), their first single “40 days, 40 nights” sold out all 1000 copies of its limited edition 7″ in less than a day. Their platinum debut 2007 album “We’ll Live and Die in These Towns” charted at #1 selling over 600,000 copies with singles “Away From Here” (Top 10) and “Had Enough” (Top 5) gaining the band an army of diehard fans.

The second album “Music For The People” was released in 2009 and charted at #2, achieving gold status with the hit “Be Somebody”, still used regularly on ITV’s FA Cup coverage. “Streets in the Sky”, the band’s third album was released in the summer of 2012 and went straight into the Top 10 with the anthemic track “Saturday” making the annual EA Sports FIFA 13. “I’m more proud of it than any album we’ve ever made” says Tom Clarke (The Enemy). “It sounds massive and the songs are some of the best we’ve written!”
